Pricing

$300 Base Mix Cost (50% Deposit ($150) Required - Non-Refundable)

Additional revisions: $50 per revision beyond the included 2.  

Additional Revisions must be paid for before any revision is started and are at no point refundable.

 

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Mixing is a time-intensive creative service. However, your satisfaction is extremely important. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied and choose to cancel services before approving a final mix, a refund may be considered. Refund amounts are at the sole discretion of Theta Wave Audio and, if applicable, will be based upon the amount of work done up until the point of cancelation. See Refund Policy located under any service/product before purchasing.  

Once a final mix is approved, payment is received, and final files delivered, refunds are no longer available.

Anti-Theft Protection
Mixes sent for review and approval may be submitted as .mp3 and/or contain brief silence, audible watermarks, or noise artifacts. These are temporary and removed once the project is finalized and paid in full. This protection ensures that creative work and intellectual property remain secure throughout the approval process.
