Mixing Services – Ordering, Revisions & Refund Policy

Base Pricing (Per Song)

Pricing is based on the total number of tracks per song:

• 1–24 Tracks: $150 per song

• 25–48 Tracks: $250 per song

• 49+ Tracks: $350 per song

Each song includes two (2) mix revisions at no additional cost.

Additional revisions are available at $50 per revision, must be prepaid, and are non-refundable.

File Submission Window

After placing an order, clients have 48 hours to submit all required project files and assets.

• If files are not submitted within 48 hours, the order will be automatically refunded in full.

• This 48-hour window also serves as the client’s opportunity to cancel before work begins.

Once project files are submitted and the 48-hour window has passed, the project is considered accepted, and full refunds are no longer available.

Refund Policy (After Files Are Submitted)

If a project is canceled after files have been submitted and the 48-hour window has passed, the following partial refunds apply:

• 1–24 Track Projects: $50 refund

• 25–48 Track Projects: $100 refund

• 49+ Track Projects: $150 refund

These amounts reflect project intake, preparation, and scheduling time. No additional refunds will be issued once mixing has begun.

Revision Policy

Each song includes two (2) revisions.

• Additional revisions are billed at $50 per revision

• Payment is required before additional revisions are started

• All paid revisions are non-refundable

Multi-Song Project Pricing (Automatic Discounts)

Pricing is per song. Add the number of songs you are submitting as the quantity at checkout. Discounts apply automatically.

• Singles / Duo (1–2 songs): No discount

• EP Projects (3–5 songs): 10% off per song

• Album Projects (6+ songs): 20% off per song

Multi-song project pricing assumes:

• All songs are delivered at the same time

• Songs are worked on as one cohesive project

Projects delivered in stages may be treated as separate projects and billed accordingly.

Final Notes

By placing an order, the client acknowledges and agrees to the pricing, revision limits, and refund terms outlined above. If you have questions about scope, track counts, or project fit, please contact Theta Wave Audio prior to ordering.
